Buy-Back Guarantee

1. Buy-Back Guarantee Overview

All eligible vehicles are covered by a 10-day Buy-Back Guarantee. This provides additional protection and allows you to request your money back under defined conditions.

2. 10-Day Money Back Period

You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a buy-back. If you decide to keep the vehicle, no further action is required.

3. When You Can Request a Buy-Back

• You change your mind
• The transaction cannot be completed as expected
• A disclosure was missed in the vehicle details, condition report, or history report

4. Buy-Back Request Process

To request a return, you must notify the team within the 10-day period.

• The request must be submitted before the 10th calendar day
• The vehicle must qualify under the program conditions
• An eligibility review and inspection may be required

5. Vehicle Eligibility Conditions

• The vehicle must remain in the same condition as delivered
• No more than 300 additional miles may be added
• The vehicle must not be sold or transferred to another party

6. Refund Terms

• The refund includes the purchase price of the vehicle only
• Fees (transport, taxes, processing, etc.) are not refundable
• Refunds are issued within 24–48 hours after approval

7. Collection & Responsibility

• The vehicle will be collected after the refund is issued
• The buyer must allow inspection and pickup access
• The buyer is responsible for the vehicle until collection

8. Vehicles Not Eligible

• Vehicles sold “as-is”
• Vehicles with structural damage
• Vehicles over 350,000 miles
• Vehicles priced above £150,000
• Specialty or commercial vehicles

9. Inspection & Approval

A third-party inspection may be required to confirm that the vehicle condition matches the original listing before the buy-back is approved.
